November 15 & 16th 2008
We had a great year! Here are the Madison 2008 tributes:
  • Julia 2008 top junior in a very tough competition this year and she also took 2 cc's out of junior class. Also top 6 lhasa bitch in Denmark.
  • Maddy 4 top lhasa male with limited showing 5 times and also gained his DK title.
  • Ashley gained 4 titles year including his INT Ch title. Among these he did place well in Groups this year.
  • Savannah gained 4 international titles in very limited showing, and is only in need of one more Cacib to finish her INT title.

Wow what a year! Success and good time - thank you all concerned!

Then the birthday specialty results from Koge Denmark (15th of Nov 2008):

Savanah was our star of a day! She won champion bitches over many beautiful competitors, and finished with BIS champion! In BOB judge had a hard choice to do - congratulations to well deserved winner from Black Boots lhasas Sweden! Savannah was shown first time in Champions in Denmark and got her Club CC right away. Maddy did the same, gained his Club CC by being 2nd best male Champion in a huge class! King Ashley did not got placed this time but with excellent.

Junior babies did great deput too: Zena 3rd junior female with Excellent and Phoenix best junior male with excellent too. In CC class and BIS junior selection he did let others to show their movements and himself concentrated to be a lhasa... :) So this time no CC and BOS junior! We are so proud of them!

We showed in LAK Nyborg today with nice punch of dogs, and with some great results also! We took both boys and girls CC´s. Ashley (Chic Choix Southern Star) ended to be 2nd in Champion Class with Excellent and Danish Club CC. After that hi sonMaddy (Crystal Eye´s Loo Mang-Manger) won big Open Class with Excellent and got CC which made him to be a brand new Danish Champion!

Girls continued from where boys ended and Julia (Chic Choix Julia Augusti) won Junior Class with Excellent and Savannah (Chic Choix Ta Sen Savannah) made it also as a winner from Open Class. Those two sisters competed together for CC and this time Savannah was still one step ahead... and finished her Danish Ch title. Way to go girls! Julia is now a leader in TOP-junior list.

Madison Phoenix was BOS puppy, so the day was great resultwise and also it was very nice to meet friends :). Thank You Sanna and Pi again for showing the dogs professionally!

Ashley is back home again! We missed the little guy here while he had a wonderful vacation in Finland and Baltics. Here is one shot of Ashley and his handler Sanna when they were in Latvia, enjoying the sunset at the beach.

Little Julia is a miracle! She took her 2nd CC under Barbara Wood (Anbara Lhasa Apsos, USA) in Sjælland LAK show today! Again a specialist who awarded one of our dogs... Cannot really say how thankful we are to Juha Kares to have such a team of dogs - It is fantastic. How bright is the future, that we will see!

Thank You Pi, you did great job with our little star!

July 19th & 20th 2008

King Ashley took Baltics by storm! On Saturday 19th of July he was shown in Haapsalu All Breeds, under Dr. Andreas Schemel who awarded him with BOB & also Best In Group-1 !! So today Ashley added Estonian Ch title in front of his name. We are so happy that the special judges who we appreciate do like our star so much!

Here is Mr. Schemels citique of Ashley:
"Beautifully balanced dog, classical type, shape and size. Nicely balanced head and very good bite. Lovely shoulder placement, Nicely rounded ribcage, sufficiently musculed behind with deep hocks. Excellent coat & condition, Moves with excellent drive."

On Sunday 20th of July they continued their trip to Riga Latvia together with Sanna his handler. Ashley had a wonderful company there of his son Sixten (Chic Choix Six Stars) & Meg and also a puppy boy Mauno (Nice Choice Trademark). Show was held in Ogre, outside of Riga and this time Ashley finished Baltic & Lv Ch titles with BOB & Best In Group-5 (they place 5 in finals there). Breed was judged by latvian judge Birgitta Vitolina and group judge came from Denmark, Mr. Gunnar Nyman.

So in two weeks Ashley was awarded with 3 new titles: Baltic & Est & Lv Ch, and also with three Group-placements! Thanks Dear Ashley, we love You.

Oulu International show was held in northern part f Finland, judge were special - Mr Michael Camac from Amesen Lhasa Apsos (Australia). It was a pleasure to have our King Ashley in the ring there as he won Breed with Cacib...! And also later on in finals Mr Camac appreciated him more and put him Group-2... There were 2500 dogs in the show and 20 lhasas.

Ashley is continuing his trip a little more! lets see how he does! Ashley is staying with his handler Sanna Kopola during his visit in Finland, he has many friends there already and he is much loved!

Ashley and Savannah, two little happy campers were shown in Sweden. International show was held in Avesta and total entry for lhasas were 20. King himself went to win the Breed again, 2nd show this year, 2nd Cacib and BOB.

Ashley is now named as IntCH NordCH AmCH FinCH SCH DkCH LtCH Chic Choix Southern Star!

Little Savannah ended up as 2nd Best Bitch with res-Cacib - way to go girl!

In Varde Denmark did our little Princes a nice job with Pi Rasmussen. Julia won junior class and got CAC, her first!

Thanks Pi and judge Bo Skalin from Sweden who appreciated our little star over older dogs!

Today Savannah Gained two new titles and again went BOS and with CC & Cacib in Finland at Lappeenranta INT.

She can proudly call herself AmCH, LtCH, FinCH LtW-08 Chic Choix Ta Sen Savannah

This is fantastic. She is only 2 years old and is the holder of 3 CACIB's and 1 Res Cacib. . Big congratulations to her breeder Juha kares and to her fantastic handler Sanna Kopola.

March 15th & 16th 2008

In Vilnius Lithuania, Savannah won BOS, CC & Cacib both days! On Saturday she also qualified for Crufts...Well done girls!

She just turned 2 years and is merited already as LtW-08 & AmCH.

Ashley ( INCH, DKCH, LTCH, AMCH, FINCH Chic Choix Southern Star) finished his international titles under judge Carlos Saevich in Odense today.

Not only did Ashley take the best of breed in fine style beating several world winners, but afterwards the little guy and his fantastic handler Sanna Kopola ended up as Best in Group 2. What a day ! What a huge accomplishment for the pair.

My sincere thank you goes to Sanna who handled him to perfection and to breeder Juha Kares for his tremendous support and coaching.
